「日本の法律史」コレクションは、前近代の日本の法典や法律文書のテキスト化、翻訳、注釈に特化したプロジェクトをまとめています。

The goal of these projects is to edit and translate all of the premodern Japanese legal texts, and to provide each with introductions and commentary that transform how these texts can be used by scholars and teachers. We aim to provide a comprehensive resource on early law in Japan, including a regularly updated bibliography and guide to the literature, with links to other relevant resources. We are presently organizing our project timeline and goals, so please watch this space for updates.
