We feel it is vital for people to speak for and represent themselves; to this end, we have solicited and created videos about and by members of diverse kawaii subcultures. For the "Cute Food: Exploring Kawaii Food in Harajuku" and "Wearing Kawaii: Harajuku Fashion" videos, we have created short, 12–13 minute versions and 25–35 minute versions so that educators may incorporate them into different length classes as appropriate.
